Our house lies on a hillside at the outskirts of Cermes, surrounded by a striking landscape of orchards and vineyards.

Both, well deserved rest and active fitness is what a holiday at our house makes so special. For those who are looking for the more active kind of vacation there are a lot of different options to chose from, among which hiking, biking, swimming, climbing, horse riding, tennis or golf. For the more easy ones we suggest to take advantage of our lawn, house-own swimming pool or just relax on the panorama terrace enjoying the stunning view over the Val d'Adige and Merano.

Our daily breakfast features a variety of delicious food such as regional cheese, ham and coldmeat as well as healthy muesli, yogurt and fruits.
